Shipping Info

Unless otherwise specified, the method of shipping will be determined by Lloydz, and will usually via UPS. You may track your order via your Account page. If your item arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately. We ensure all orders leave our shop packed & packaged correctly and in good condition. It if arrives damaged, it happened while in transport.

We Care

At Lloydz, we strive to make you shopping experience a great one. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. Have your order invoice handy when you contact us by phone, or include it in your email to us. We are a small shop so you will most likely be talking to the person who shipped your order or Lloyd himself.

We make every effort to get your order right the first time. We're human, and occassionally overlook something or misinterpret what you are requesting. This rarely happens but if it does, we'll do what we can within our means to make it right.

If you have an issue with the part you ordered, let us know ASAP. If it is defective, we will try to resolve the problem. Bear in mind that once a part is installed it is difficult to deterime if a part was defective or the installation was improper. While we have final say in this matter, we understand your situation and will do everything within our means to rectify the issue.
