LLOYDZ HISTORY

It started in 1998 when I first saw the first Victory brochure. I knew it would be the bike of the future, and I knew I wanted it to be in my future. We took on the Victory line of M/C's in 1999 as a second round dealership. (first round got the numbered bikes). It was bike number 1923 that started it all for me, our first demo bike red and black. After 2 unsuccessful days of trying to set the TPS with the Victory software I gave up and reverted to what I knew. I know what a good running motor sounds likes I have an ear for it, something most people don't understand. It's like the engine has a life and it comes out in the way it runs, you can hear and feel it. NO, I haven't been certified crazy!   YET.

That bike was our "demo" and it needed to run well. So after an hour of riding and tuning this TPS thing I got the bike to run like an athlete and continued to set all our bikes the following way. After a few bikes got on the road and their customers started browsing the website they found that ALLOT of owners were having running issues with their bikes. My customers stated Lloyd set mine up and it runs great! 2 Days later I receive a call from a gentleman in NJ that wants to come up and have me set his TPS. At that time I thought, "What's this nut, crazy? Ride all the way up here just for me to turn a screw?" Well little did I know that it was how I was to get my start. Through out the summer I received calls from PA – NH – CT and MASS, all to come have their TPS set (There were a lot of ill-running bikes out there). Still are.

That winter we purchased a Dyno and it made for real quick test rides while tuning, after all, I was starting to do a lot of these. I'd spend the next 2 years installing K&N filters, modifying air boxes, installing quality e-proms and setting TPS. Then I had to do what every motorhead sooner or later has to do — Tear the motor out! That was 2001, I built a motor that made 92 hp and it was a 92 inch bike. That made my day —1 hp per Cubic inch— and we haven't stopped yet. It would take another 6 years to make 100 more HP. We now offer a wide range of services from oil changes to 200+ Hp motors. It doesn't matter if it's a turbo or normally aspirated you've now found the solution that all the other shops you've talked to couldn't give. It's been a long road of Victory, and our shop now employs 5 full time and 2 part time people who's #1 passion is building the best performance Victory's Available PERIOD!

Ask us why and we'll tell you straight. WE ARE HARD-ON HORSEPOWER!
